peak season is  July and August

off peak season is May, June and September

bookings only from saturday to saturday / one week minimum 

The rental fee includes the complete house / 4 bedrooms up to 8 guests

No additional costs for power, bed linen, towels, tv/internet, pool

peak season rental per week: 2250,-€

off peak season rental per week: 1950,-€

plus final cleaning fee of 200,-€
