Rental costs peak season: 2250,- Euro / off peak season 1950,- Euro per week

Deposit / Accidentals: 500,- Euro

Final cleaning fee: 200,- Euro

The total cost will be due in two parts. The first amount is due immediately upon booking and is non- refundable. The second amount is due no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival and is also non- refundable.

The renter and all guests are expected to treat the rental property, the facility and the pool with care and to avoid damage. If damage should occur, it must be reported immediately to the landlord or the caretaker. The renter is personally liable for any damage incurred to the rental property, facility or pool during the rental period. Only registered house guests are allowed in the entire rental property including the garden and pool area. The property is not suitable for guests who want to hold parties. In the interest of our neighbors, disturbances after 10 p.m. are prohibited.

The enclosed house rules are part of the agreement and must be adhered.

Rental fees are to transfer to the bank account.
